Forlan anticipates for all madrid champions league final

Former Atletico Madrid favorite Diego Forlan says he would love to see a repeat of 2014's Champions League final this year - but with the Colchoneros [identifying mark of Atlético] on the winning side.

Atletico were just 90 minutes away from winning the final before one of there biggest rivals Real madrid tanished their hopes after winning the game and becoming the champions of europe.

Diego forlan affirmed that revenge over the club's city rivals would be very sweet indeed.
"To be honest I am concentrating mostly on Atletico," the Uruguayan told Goal when asked if he would rather see Madrid or
Manchester City in the final.

"But if I could choose any final it would be against Real Madrid to try and get revenge

Forlan who has a lot of confidence in simeone current squad quoted out one of the clubs strong department.

"[Atletico] have one of the best defences, they are two fantastic players," he affirmed. "We are lucky in that they play and train together, which means they have a very strong understanding as a pair."
